Through years of experience at full-service agencies serving Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits, she became highly skilled at increasing brand visibility, acquiring new stakeholders and cultivating existing customer relationships, often exceeding brands’ expectations.
As the former director of marketing for a large Oklahoma nonprofit, Erica is well-versed in navigating big-name partnerships and directing all strategic, creative and digital aspects of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and cause initiatives. While in this role, she established the organization’s cause marketing division, which made strides in providing varied corporate donors with impact-rich community solutions.
