Jim understands how high-performance companies configure work, people, departments and data. He applies this model to the operation of Candor and for the benefit of clients in need of organizational fine-tuning.
He developed these skills first as a management consultant for 11 years and then as a C-suite executive with several national companies. This combination of experience provides Jim a unique perspective of vendor-customer relationships from both sides of the decision-maker’s desk.
Over his career, Jim has assisted hundreds of organizations with almost every aspect of business in more than 45 industries, including energy, transportation, marketing, technology, communications, utilities, banking, real estate, health care, publishing, nonprofit, and various state and federal agencies.
The breadth of his industry experience is matched by the depth of his expertise, specializing in:
- Accounting and finance
- Information technology
- Change implementation
Jim’s community involvement includes:
- Allied Arts OKC, board member
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Baylor University in Texas.
Jim relocated to Oklahoma in 2009 from Overland Park, Kansas. He is a dyed-in-the-wool Kansas City Chiefs fan, but the Candor crew tries not to hold it against him.
