Q&A with Vice President Stacy Jobe

What skills are you most excited to bring to Candor? 

I graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance — and I’ve also owned my own business — so managing budgets comes second nature to me. I’m excited to bring my financial perspective to support our client work and business development. I will assist our accounts team in looking proactively at the year ahead to determine how our clients can get the most value for their money. 

You’ve had a lot of interesting career experiences. What made you decide to stay in the agency world? 

I love working with creative minds! Nothing compares to creative individuals who are excited to come into work every day and build campaigns, concepts and visual magic out of thin air. As an agency, we get to see our client work out in the wild, which is pretty unique. It’s a constant reminder of why we’re in the client services industry and why our collaborations matter. 

What energizes you about the future of Candor? 

Candor is in an era of growth, both for our company and our clients. Just being in the office, you hear constant chatter about positive campaign metrics, exciting new clients and expanded service lines. Candor isn’t stagnant — the business is living and evolving. I’m energized about the forward-looking approach for Candor and our clients.
